With flame resistant ticking. All TCI cotton mattresses come filled with garnetted cotton felt, treated with a minimum of 8% boric acid powder for fire resistance. Each mattress contains sufficient cotton in a flame resistant inner liner and tufted for uniform 4” to 5” thickness. Cotton weight is determined by length and width; minimum 20 to 25 lbs. The outer cover is antibacterial, flexible, static treated, stain resistant, and waterproof synthetic vinyl coated fabric.

The size is 24” - 36” x 70” - 82” and 4” to 5” thick.

This mattress complies with the California Technical Bulletin #129. Fire Test Evaluation in Accordance with Consumer Product Safety Commission 16 CFR, Part 129 and 1633.

Designed to completely encase TCI’s jail mattress or similar mattress; 50/50 polyester/cotton blend, 3 oz. per square yard, 1/2” lock stitch hem opening, serged sides, bar-tacked at stress points.
